Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If that’s the case, why do so many people skip breakfast? Much of this can be attributed to the lack of time in a hurried routine that many Americans follow – or at least they used to prior to the start of the global pandemic. When you no longer have a long and strenuous commute to the office, you have more time on your hands. But now that many employers are saying that employees must return to the office, what is there to do? Thankfully, there are heat-and-eat breakfast solutions to keep us on track for a brighter day ahead with more energy. It’s time to look at American breakfast habits – what’s changed and what’s new.
