If someone were to want to be the most successful journalist in the history of journalism, then they would have to be awake twenty-four hours. Being able to report quality work at any time of the day is what factors in who is the best journalist of the century. Many such as Ken Kurson have tried staying up for over twenty hours in a row but it never fails to catch up with people. That is why by getting up early, journalists can accomplish more.

In most cases, it is better to get up early than it is to stay up late. Our bodies are socially programmed to rise with the sun. That is why science proves that getting up early is more superior. Journalists can start writing as soon as they wake up. If that’s 6 am, then fine! Most broadcasters are up at 3:30 getting ready for segments. In order to run a successful journalism company, there will need to be people writing at all houses of the day. By taking shifts to help each other out, people like Ken Kurson can accomplish more.
