Thrilled that my new book, co-authored with Erik Deckers, is starting to make its hands into some folks for reviews. The book, No Bullshit Social Media: The All-Business, No-Hype Guide to Social Media Marketing, is due out this fall from Que Publishing. Some advance copies of the book are out there for publicity purposes and we sent electronic versions to a few folks to hope for those endorsements you often seen on book jackets. So if you’re deciding whether or not you might want to buy the book, you can seek some advice from someone other than the two of us, who are understandably biased.
Brandon Prebynski and Mitch Neff run a web TV show called WebtrendsTV and they not only reviewed No Bullshit Social Media but also Michael Brito’s new title, also from Que Publishing, called Smart Business, Social Business. I’m currently reading that title and will chime in at a later date. But I thought you might enjoy watching the WebtrendsTV episode to get another perspective and perhaps a book or two you could nab and read soon.
As indicated in the show Brandon was the technical editor for No Bullshit Social Media, but to my knowledge doesn’t benefit from the sales. So it’s biased but not incentivized. I’ll be sure to share the good and bad from time-to-time to fill you in on what others think.
If you’d like, you can pre-order No Bullshit Social Media from Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Books-A-Million or Que Publishing. You can also order Michael Brito’s books from Amazon (affiliate link).
